Master gardener Toni Gattone will present her talk on adaptive gardening, the method that gives gardeners of all ages and abilities the unique strategies to continue gardening, even when their bodies say “no.” This presentation is the basis for her book, The Lifelong Gardener: Garden with Ease and Joy at Any Age. Ms. Gattone offers solutions to help gardeners adjust and adapt to their physical challenges. She’ll help you rethink your approach to working in the garden and show how the garden can be modified to increase your comfort and safety. Her inspiring message of resiliency will help you find joy in your garden for years to come. Don’t throw in the trowel!
