For Pride Month, the library will be showing four films that highlight the rich tapestry of LGBTQ+ voices and stories. Light refreshments will be served. All adults are welcome.

Please note: Film Night will be on a break for July and August to make room for our exciting schedule of summer programs.

In 18th-century France, a young painter named Marianne is commissioned to paint the wedding portrait of bride-to-be Héloïse without her knowing. Marianne must observe her model by day to paint her portrait at night. Day by day, the two women become closer as they share Héloïse's last moments of freedom before the impending wedding.

This program is generously funded by the Friends of the Edgartown Free Public Library.
