Everyone knows that certain foods do more than nourish the body. After a tough day, a chocolate chip cookie or a slice of pizza, while not very healthy choices, can bring pure comfort to the soul. But did you know that there are healthy foods that can brighten the way we feel? Foods that can boost our mood and nourish the body? This is especially good to know in these dark winter months. Join dietician Judy Palken as she takes a look at the effects of highly-processed foods, bananas, chocolate- and more on our moods.
