[ONLINE] Eating for Cognitive Health, with Dietitian Judy Palken

Tuesday, April 267:00—8:00 PMZoom

Certain foods seem to be good for our memory and learning, and for preserving those precious abilities as we get older. For example, there are those luscious blueberries, but what else? It turns out that there are many other foods that are good for our cognitive health. Join us as we discuss brain-power foods with registered dietitian Judy Palken, and enjoy some beautiful paintings while we do.

The Zoom link for this program will open half an hour before the program's start time, so come in a little early, set up your devices, get comfortable, and turn your mic and video off until you are invited to turn them on again. This program will not be recorded.

This program has been generously funded by the Friends of the Edgartown Free Public Library.
