We’re back again this month with a dim sum classic, bao buns. However, when Chef Look cooks at home, he can’t help but make things interesting. With Easter coming up, we’ll experiment with a unique and delicious way to use up some of your leftover holiday ham. Mixing leftover chopped ham with pineapple, pickled jalapenos, and cheese, he’ll create his favorite pizza combination in bao form. Chef Look will prove once and for all that you truly can put anything in a bao bun and call it dinner.
