Jambalaya (the famous New Orleans one-pot meal) has a rich tradition in the Big Easy, as well as in the Cajun and Creole community. Join Chef Look as we scoff at tradition and change this classic dish into something that resembles the original, but with a completely unexpected flavor profile. Highlighting the seasonal pairing of tomatoes and basil, this pizza-flavored jambalaya will be a real treat. A recipe for classic jambalaya will also be included for those looking for the more traditional dish.
