Join Chef Look as he celebrates Lunar New Year with a classic night market treat. During the New Year celebration, sticky rice is usually featured in a sweet cake called nian gao. We’ll take the glutinous rice that makes up the cake flour and instead create a sticky, savory street food classic. Marinated chicken, mushrooms, and classic Chinese flavors will combine to create a perfect hand-sized treat that you can dip in a sweet peanut-based sauce.
