Join us as we honor the passing of her majesty with one of Queen Elizabeth's favorite meals. With hunting season in full swing, Chef Look will be preparing this dish the way the queen preferred; with a nice piece of venison loin. The steak will sit atop a mash of potatoes and parsnips, and topped with a creamy mushroom gravy, and served with a side of poached carrots.
