[ONLINE] Chef Look Cooks: Fresh Ground Burgers with Grilled Fries and Veggies

This month Chris will take a dive into a specialty tool that could be your next kitchen purchase. We’re going to explore the world of meat grinders as we try our hand at making our own hamburger meat from one of the cheaper cuts of meat. We’ll talk fat to meat ratio, grind size, and go over the concepts used in making good sausage. We’ll even try something completely different when we grind up some shitake mushrooms into their own veggie burger.
