Chef Look is back this month to make a special dinner for a special occasion: his birthday! Join him as he deconstructs the iconic Reuben sandwich and pieces it back together, one crazy element at a time. He'll start by making two grilled cheese and sauerkraut sandwiches (with homemade rye waffles as the bread), which will act as the "buns" for a juicy, flavorful corned beef meatloaf patty. As if that wasn’t enough, Chef Look will show you how to make a classic Reuben sauce to fill all the nooks and crannies of the waffle “buns.” Be prepared for this flavor explosion as we burst into summer.
