Traditionally made with a butter-laced dough, empanadas are a pocket-sized treat perfect for party appetizers or on-the-go snacking. This month, with healthy choices on his mind, Chef Look is going to show you how to make a delicious mushroom and spinach empanada. By switching out the butter for coconut oil, the dough will be a more manageable and healthier option. To go along with these scrumptious pockets, Chef Look will whip up a vegan cilantro dipping sauce made with cashews.
