[ONLINE] Build it; Build it Better: Poetry Workshops

Wednesday, May 184:30—6:00 PMZoom

In poet Donald Nitchie’s writing workshop, participants will have an opportunity to build a poem prompted and inspired by poetry that Donald will choose for the exercise. Poets will also have a chance to submit a poem or two of their own for the group to read and discuss during the second half of the workshop. Positive peer assessment can help you through a writing problem and give you a new perspective on your work. Once registered, you will be emailed the workshop materials.

The Zoom link for this program will open half an hour before the program's start time, so come in a little early, set up your devices, get comfortable, and turn your mic and video off until you are invited to turn them on again. This program will not be recorded.

This program has been generously funded by the Friends of the Edgartown Free Public Library.

Registration for this event has now closed.
