Watercolors have the reputation for being difficult to work with, but the key is knowing when and how to control the paint, and when to let it be. Join us to experiment with lifting, splatter, layering, watercolor washes, and dry brush techniques. We will be using artist-grade Winsor & Newton pan paints and Arches watercolor paper to create two or three small landscape vignettes of a lighthouse, a field of flowers, and a sunset scene. No experience is necessary, come and explore this versatile and vibrant medium!
