[IN PERSON] The Ayurvedic Spice Rack: Common Pantry Herbs As Medicine

Wednesday, March 294:30—6:00 PMEdgartown Free Public LibraryEdgartown Free Public Library26 West Tisbury Road, Edgartown, MA, 02539

In Ayurveda, it is taught that all spices and herbs have certain innate qualities to them. Sonja Josephson (founder of Seasons of Life Ayurveda) and Jacqueline Foster (Ayurvedic Chef and founder of Food That Resonates) will be teaching about common herbs that can be used to heal. From the black pepper grinder that gets a lot of love, to the cardamom jar that sits in the back of the pantry, we can learn to apply these common household spices as medicine. Together we will craft an uplifting and invigorating spring spice blend that you can take home.

Registration is requested.
