Tessa Permar has taught movement for over 15 years and draws from traditions of yoga, tai chi, Pilates, modern dance, acrobatics, Capoeira, and voice work. Participants will be led through a series of gentle exercises to release tension and connect to each individual’s personal range of motion and sense of wellbeing. This workshop encourages exploration of movement, gentle strength-building, and connection to music. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. The library will have a limited number of mats available for use. All body types, abilities, and levels are welcome.
Classes will be on June 6, 13, and 27.
Please note: there will be no class on June 20.
