Chef Look is back again with another new take on classic dumpling dough. Versatile doughs are a great thing to learn since they can be used for so many delicious treats. We’ll show you how to take a simple hot water dumpling dough and use a technique called laminating to create a delicious and oniony-layered treat. Scallions add a wonderful texture and flavor to this classic snack food beloved by many throughout Asia. We’ll explore 2 techniques for cooking our pancakes and also whip up a quick dipping sauce that goes great with everything.
