It was so much fun the first time, Chef Look decided to make it a series! This month, participants will continue their journey through the world of dough as we tackle another “hard to deal with" dough: pasta. Join Chef Look at the library as we take a look at some different methods for making and rolling pasta dough. You’ll get to taste the difference between 3 different rolling methods, and we’ll provide ingredients for you to make your own batch of dough that you can roll out at home.
