[IN PERSON] Dough Series: Empanadas, with Chef Look

Many cuisines include some kind of filled pastry (including pastelilllo, samosa, hand pie, and empanada), and they all share one common factor: a flavorful filling wrapped in a rich pastry dough. For our final session in the Dough Series, Chef Look will teach you how to make a simple empanada dough that skips some steps to make your life easier (and healthier!). By using oil instead of butter, we’ll take the guesswork out of mixing the dough, allowing us to focus on the star of the show: the filling. A classic cumin, oregano, and chili spice beef mixture will fill these pouches of perfection before we air-fry (and bake) them to a crispy golden finish.

Registration required.

PLEASE NOTE: the program will be at 11am this month.
