If you’ve ever been to a dim sum restaurant, you’ve probably seen the beautiful steamed buns moving around the room being offered to patrons. Those soft, delicious buns are called bao, and this month Chef Look will be teaching you all how to make a simple version of the dough as well as a classic oyster sauce based BBQ meat filling. Bao in Chinese means package, or guarantee, and Chef Look guarantees that you’ll leave this program with a fluffy package of pure joy.
