Movie nights are back at the library for the month of October! Each Thursday evening we will be showing a different contemporary foreign film, with English subtitles. Light dessert and refreshments will be served.

Loveling (Brazil, 2018)
This tender comedic drama from Brazilian director Gustavo Pizzi is an intimate portrait of husband and wife Irene and Klaus, and their four children, who live on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro. Their teenage son Fernando has had a great season in handball and is offered the opportunity to play for a team in Germany, but Irene is having a difficult time adjusting to the impending separation from her son while juggling the joys and challenges of raising a family.
