Come hungry to our next in-person Chef Look Cooks series all about batters. This month we’ll whip up a versatile waffle batter that works as a great base for a number of different culinary experiments. Chef Look will talk about the key principles for making a successful waffle, and will encourage you to experiment at home by proving just how resilient the batter is to additions and substitutions. He’ll also discuss the different kinds of waffle irons, and show off the two he proudly calls his own. There will be a seasonally appropriate batter to celebrate the fall harvest.
