Winter is coming, and with it comes cold nights and blustery weather. On nights like those, there's nothing better than cozying up with a big, warm, steaming bowl of soup. Join Chef Look as we jump back into the library kitchen for this winter's cooking series. This month we’ll be cooking a holiday classic rich with cream and shallots, and featuring an Edgartown Shellfish Department surprise. We'll also dig into how oyster crackers got their name and learn how to shuck oysters, all while warming ourselves up with this special soup.
