Last spring, we cooked our way through some of Chef Look’s favorite dishes. This time, we’re turning the tables with a new series inspired by your favorite meals! Warm spices, tender savory meatballs, and a creamy gravy come together in this classic dish: Swedish meatballs. While meatballs can be prepared in many different ways, this program will highlight the rich, flavorful gravy that truly makes the dish shine. Mushrooms, garlic, and gentle spices add depth and warmth to create a comforting gravy perfect for any season.
