Join us for the final installment in this cooking series about making look-alike food from surprising ingredients. This month we’ll be making a look-alike ceviche using hearts of palm as our substitute for white fish. We’ll take some inspiration from the Mexican-style ceviche known as aguachile by including a fresh green pea “guacamole” that will taste just as good as the avocado version.
