Join us for the cooking series all about making look-alike food from surprising ingredients. This month, we’ll make a convincing looking beet tartare mixed with spices and fermented gherkins, and topped off with a special vegan “egg” yolk. The egg will be flavored with black salt, whose sulfurous quality will make you swear you're eating the real thing.
